Working out with daddy

My dad was teaching me how to work out tonight.
First he showed me how to do stomach crunches with his roller.

Then it was my turn to try.
It was much harder than it looked!
I did about 6 of them.
After that I was so tired.
Oh yeah, I fell when my mom was taking a picture.
It hurt bad. I mean bad!
My dad also showed me how to do the bench press too.
It was pretty fun doing it.
I also did 10 military press lifts above my head!
I had a great time working out with my dad!
I love doing pull ups.
I had a extraordinary time!
